How do you calculate your fees?
We approach content like a media data charge. That means we charge for it as part after a customer has seen your content. We measure that view via third-party impressions as posted by Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and so on.
How much are your fees?
We calculate the amount you owe via a Cost per Million (CPM). E.g for every 1000 views of your content, we will apply an agreed-upon CPM rate to those views.
Can I negotiate my CPM price?
Kinda. We have a range that scales depending on your media budget. The more you spend on media, the cheaper your CPM price becomes.
Do you work with a fixed budget?
Sure thing. If you have a fixed budget, you can simply set a cap on the number of impressions your ad spend generates, and thus set a cap on the usage fees you will owe for the month.
What is a variable cost and how does it apply to content?
A variable cost is one that scales with the growth of your business. We apply that principle to your branded content and charge a cost based purely on usage.
Can I use Kaddie if I don’t have a need for paid media?
Yep. We make content for your brand that you can download via our app and use across all non-paid channels. We grant a lifetime licensing use to all downloaded assets for all of your brand needs.
Can anyone work with Kaddie?
Pretty much. Our model is built to scale with brands of all shapes and sizes. That said, we are selective about who we choose to work with, so we do consider things like media spend and whether we’d like to share a beer. Contact us to see if we’re a good fit.
What are my minimum commitments if I use Kaddie?
Kaddie is built to make it as easy as possible to get your brand selling, for as little upfront commitment as possible. In most cases, we ask brands to commit to a minimum term on their media spend, to ensure that we don’t get burnt. Hit us up to see if your needs are a good fit.
Who places the media?
You are in complete control of how and when you use our content. You or your partners have total control over where it is placed and how many impressions it drives.

Who “owns” the content?
Given we do not charge buyout fees, the ownership of the content rests with Kaddie. We provide a lifetime of licensing usage rights to you, providing you remain current on your invoices for any previous usage fees incurred.
What do you mean by the term “branded content”?
Great question. It’s a word that is used far too liberally. For us, we refer to content as custom digital, photo, video, illustrated, and written assets that we create for your brand.
Where can I use my content?
Pretty much anywhere you need. For paid advertising, we create assets for use on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Google, Youtube, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitch, and more. For offline, or non-paid placements, we have a download option for those too.
How do I deploy the content you produce?
We create a custom UL for each piece of content housed in your library that you can simply cut and paste into the platform ad builder.
What platforms do you measure and track for effectiveness?
We focus on platforms most likely to drive your business. That’s why our work is custom-built for the primary platforms of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Googe, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Are you an advertising agency?
Afraid not. We come from that space, but we set out to build a content platform and production house. We make your branded content and then house it on our Kaddie App.
I already have an agency. Can Kaddie work with them?
We love that. Kaddie works best when we get to partner with like-minded creative folks. We are a great alternative to many of your agencies current production partners. Tell them to reach out anytime.
Can I use your assets outside of social and digital media?
Sure can. We grant exclusive rights to your content to use across any platform or median you choose, as long as you continue to use our content on one of the key platforms. In other words, if you are no longer using our content anywhere online that we track, then we limit the right to use those assets offline such as packaging or OOH.
How do I pay?
You can pay via direct debit or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a processing fee.
What is an “impression”?
We use third-party data to calculate the number of impressions our content has generated for your brand. In other words, how many times has a potential customer seen your work?
What does a typical invoice payment look like?
Really it comes down to how much you use the content and how many impressions you generate.
Can I pay upfront?
No. We have built our model to allow businesses to spend their limited cash on another area to drive their business. We’d prefer you spend the money on media, or inventory, or staffing, or anywhere else that goes to helping build your business.
When do automatic payments start?
We start billing the day your content starts to run. For example, if you start running content on the 4th of the month, then we will bill for the next 10 days. We will then bill at the end of the month.
How do you calculate what I owe?
We simply pull the data from your usage reports and bill each view (impression) of the content according to our tiered rates. These rates are fixed per our agreement.
How long does the production process take?
Of course, it depends on a brand’s individual needs and requirements. That said, our streamlined approach aims to get your content produced and running within 5 weeks.

What information do you need from us to begin using the content?
We will ask for access to your advertising and social platforms. We require admin rights to your backend and we request direct debit authorization from your primary bank account connected to your eCommerce store.
What contracts do I need to execute?
Not much to be honest. We have a very standard Terms & Conditions contract we use that governs the use of the content we make.
Can I have input into the creative output?
Sure can. The work is only as effective as the inputs we use to create it. That’s why we will be heavy upfront with lots of questions, discussion, and requests to make sure that the content is as effective as can be.
Do you use stock content?
No. Everything we make is custom for our clients. We work together with your products to make custom content specifically for your needs.
Do other brands have access to my content?
Definitely not. You will have your own login and portal that only you and your team can see and use your content that is specific to your brand.
